The exact date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location or other factors that we can't directly control. However our intention is to make deliveries as speedily as possible. You will be informed by email when your order has been shipped.
If an item in your order is temporarily unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within seven working days from receipt of your order (or two working days for business customers).
